Q: Where is your store located?

A: Our office is based in Manila. We currently don’t have a physical store customers can visit to shop. Our office is available for pick-up of confirmed orders only.

Q: Are you open to tie-ups, speaking engagements, guestings, dealership and sponsorship offers?

A: Yes! Just send us the complete details at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: What time are you open?

A: We’re officially open from 8am to 7pm, everyday from Monday to Sunday. You can still text or give us a call past those hours, though. We announce our operating hours on holidays via Multiply.com and our official social networking sites.

Q: Are all your items brand new and original?

A: Yes, all our goods are brand new and original. As a policy, we will never sell counterfeit gadgets.

Q: Can I reserve a gadget for later purchase?

A: We only have a one-day in advance reservation policy for our gadgets, as these items sell out fast. Let us know your order one day in advance or in the early morning of your date of purchase.

Q: Do you accept trade-ins or layaways?

A: Sorry, we don’t accept trade-ins and layaways.

Q: I don’t like the gadget I just bought. Can I have it exchanged?

A: Sorry, but we do not allow product model replacements (color, brand). Best to make up your mind before finally buying your dream gadget as all sales are final.

Q: In what currency are your products denominated?

A: Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP).

Q: Can I bargain for the prices?

A: Generally, all prices posted on our website are final. It’s a great buy already at that price, that’s for sure! *wink*

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept bank deposit, Cebuana Lhuiller as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not transact via GCASH, Smart Money and Western Union anymore due to security issues.

Q: What are your bank account details?

A: We will supply this information to you once item availability has been confirmed.

Q: Do you serve international deliveries?

A: Currently, we don’t serve international orders on a large scale. You may get in touch with us if you need help with orders of this nature as we can work out a plan for your order.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping fee varies on your location and the size of the item you bought. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you’ve placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

Q: I just paid. When will you ship my unit?

A: We will ship it once we have verified your payment with the bank or your payment channel of choice. Please note that cut-off for same-day shipping, next-day receipt is 2pm.

Q: How long would it take before I will receive the item?

For Shipping: 1-3 days (within Metro Manila)

                         3-5 days (Provincial Areas) 

For Cash-on-Delivery:  5-7 days (within Metro Manila and Provincial Areas)

For Pick-Up: Same day pick-up

Q: I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

A: As a policy, as soon as we have sent your package for shipping, we will send to you the tracking number immediately. We usually send the tracking numbers at night. You may also contact us if you still haven’t received the tracking number.

Q: Why hasn’t my gadget arrived yet via shipping?

A: You may track your order through the courier’s website using the tracking number we sent you. It usually takes one or two days to ship packages from Metro Manila to other locations within the country. Your package usually arrives late in the afternoon or

A: Kimstore’s pick-up points are dedicated and secured pick-up locations where you can do transactions.

Q: Do you have meet-up points in provinces?

A: We don’t, but we can ship the gadget to you instead. We ship nationwide!

Q: What do I have to bring?

A: For meetup transactions, only the payment is required.

Q: Do you deliver to offices and homes?

A: Yes, we do for Metro Manila, but it depends on the exact location. A corresponding delivery charge ranging from 200-400 applies.

Here at Kimstore, we value our customers and understand the need for after-sales support. Unlike other fly-by-night online gadget stores, we stick to our warranty policies.

• All our technical team members are well equipped, licensed and certified technicians capable of doing everything from assessing conditions, simple software updates to the most difficult tasks.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES.
• The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty claim.
• Gadgets have life spans and naturally wear and tear over time.
• Some brands are also sturdier and more well built, while some give up earlier. This also depends on your usage.
• All sales are final. Unit replacement is not possible due to change of color or product model indecision.

               

BASIS FOR WARRANTY.
• Please do not lose the Warranty Slip given to you upon purchase.
• No warranty slip, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us.
• No technical support for items bought outside of Kimstore.
• Always refer to the warranty indicated in the item’s description on the website, not what’s in the box upon purchase.
• We do not reissue or keep your information from the warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area.
