Meetups are simple: our trusted Kimstore personnel meets up with you and other #Kimmunity customers, where you can get your purchase. After thoroughly inspecting the unit, you can hand over your payment to our representative. This is available for Metro Manila customers at our pre-selected meetup locations. For the meantime, we do not allow meetups at places other than those we have below:

Our shipping manager is very happy to assist from Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 3pm. Not to worry! Messages sent beyond the time period indicated will be replied to as soon as possible. How much should I pay with shipping fee?

After sending us the requirements, we will check and ship the same day if sent before 2PM (Mondays to Fridays) or 12nn (Saturdays). When will I receive my item?

Are all your items brand new and original? Yes, all our goods are brand new and original. As a policy, we will never sell counterfeit items. Can I reserve a gadget for later purchase? We only have a one-day in advance reservation policy for our gadgets, as these items sell out fast. Let us know your order one day in advance or in the early morning of your date of purchase. Do you accept trade-ins or layaways? Sorry, we don’t accept trade-ins and layaways. I don’t like the gadget I just bought. Can I have it exchanged? Sorry, but we do not allow product model replacements (color, brand). Best to make up your mind before finally buying your dream gadget as all sales are final. In what currency are your products denominated? Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP). Can I bargain for the prices? All prices posted on our website are final.
