WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. No warranty slip means no warranty claim. Lost warranty slip will not be replaced. Keeping it safe and/or making another copy of it will be the client’s responsibility.

  2. Three day period for unit replacement in case of hardware defect is strictly implemented. The date of purchase will be considered as the first day, device is subject first for technical evaluation. Past the three-day period, the item will be subject for technical support/repair. Units with physical damage (ex. dents, scratches, etc.) are strictly not entitled for unit replacement, even within the 3-day replacement period.

  3. We don’t offer outright replacement. Customer’s claims are subject to technical diagnosis to make sure all claims are valid.

  4. Datas (including files, contacts, apps, etc.) will be wiped out if the item will be subject for technical support/repair. Customers are asked to back up data before handling the unit.

  5. Replacement is VOID for: units with scratches, dead pixels, dust, dirt, physical damage, in-the-box accessories (battery, earphones, USB cable, charger), software modification, custom ROM (Android units), jailbreak, tampered units, water-damaged units, mishandled units, and negligence.

  6. Any form of software modification such as custom ROM, updating, customization of software that caused the unit to malfunction ultimately voids the warrant

  7. Warranty is void for accidental water damage even if the manufacturer advertises/claims that the item as a waterproof product. Note that water-resistant and waterproof items are different.

  8. For items with manufacturer’s warranty: parts and service warranty is directly claimed at manufacturer’s authorized service centers. The timeline of the repair procedure depends on the manufacturer, not with Kimstore.

  9. For items with service warranty: labor charges are free, provided that they present their warranty slip upon warranty claim. Customer will shoulder cost of parts replacement if needed. Availability of part/s that is/are needed to be replaced depends on the availability from our supplier.

  10. Note that ALL transactions are final. Product model or color change after purchase is not allowed.

  11. We don’t offer technical support for items bought outside Kimstore.

  12. Kimstore is not liable for incidents that arise from availing support from a third-party service center. This voids the warranty.

  13. No warranty is offered for cases, bags, filters, screen protectors, and the like. These items must be inspected upon purchase.
