How do I order?

Ordering from Kimstore is as easy as 1-2-3! Just follow these steps:

Create an account HERE. Search for the item or browse until you find something you like. Choose the color and model that you like, and press ADD TO CART. Fill out the details and choose the payment method you prefer.

To keep up with global economic challenges, Kimstore.com will be charging an additional Service Fee on orders starting November 8, 2023. A small fee amounting to 2.5% of the entire order will be automatically computed and added at checkout. The fee will also reflect on your delivery receipt. We’ll still do our best to give you the best prices!

All purchases are considered final and prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

 


 

Are all your items original and authentic?

Yes, all products sold at Kimstore are sealed and original! We do not sell counterfeit items.


 

In what currency are your products denominated?

All items are denominated in Philippine Pesos.


 

What is your Warranty Policy?

Here at Kimstore, we value our customers and understand the need for after-sales support. Unlike other fly-by-night online gadget stores, we stick to our warranty policies. By purchasing at Kimstore, you agree and accept the warranty and repair policies clearly stated below:

 

The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty period.

Gadgets have life spans and naturally wear and tear over time. This also depends on your usage. All sales are final. Unit replacement due to change of color or product model indecision is not possible.

 

BASIS FOR WARRANTY

Please do not lose the Delivery Receipt given to you upon purchase.

No Delivery Receipt, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us. No technical support is available for items bought outside of Kimstore.

Refer to the warranty indicated in the item description on the website and in your Delivery Receipt. Kimstore does not reissue or keep your information from the Delivery Receipt; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area.

All Kimstore technical team members are well-equipped, licensed and certified technicians capable of doing everything from assessing conditions, simple software updates to the most difficult tasks.

 

FOR ITEMS PAST WARRANTY PERIOD

Items past their warranty period can still be diagnosed and repaired if possible. The customer however shall shoulder expenses for parts, labor, and shipping to Kimstore and back to the customer's shipping address.


 

What are my payment options?

Kimstore accepts a host of hassle-free payment options for everyone!

 

INSTALLMENT payments are available through Billease, and options provided by GCash and Maya.

 

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD via Visa, Mastercard or Paymaya.

For Credit Card and Debit Cardholders, we accept one-time straight payments via Paymaya. Just choose “Online Payment” upon checkout for guided instructions on how to proceed with your payment.

 

E-WALLET thru GCash, GrabPay, and Maya (formerly PayMaya)

GCash payments are only done through QR Code. Kimstore does not accept GCash transfers via mobile number.

 

NON-BANK PAYMENTS OPTIONS via Cebuana Lhuillier

CASH ON PICK-UP thru Technopop partner stores with minimum reservation fee of Php 500.00 

 

CASH ON DELIVERY  - Order now and pay when your item arrives at your front door! Please note that we have limited a maximum of PHP 50,000 purchase limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions for Metro-Manila and provincial areas.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes, we do! We offer Same Day and Next Day Delivery via KimExpress- these services are available within Metro Manila only. Orders must be fully paid before delivery. Order anytime before 12 noon, Mondays to Saturdays, for Same Day Delivery. Orders beyond 12 noon will be scheduled for Next Day Delivery. The delivery fee is calculated upon checkout and is based on the rates provided by our courier partner KimExpress or Grab Express via their Grab Express App. Payment can be settled via GCash, or Bank Transfer through Instapay at BDO or Unionbank. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, driver availability, and other factors.

How does Billease Installment work?

We’ve partnered with BillEase Buy Now, Pay Later to provide you with a cardless credit at checkout. Billease lets users customize the number of installments and downpayment.

What are your standard shipping delivery lead times for non-same day delivery transactions?

Our delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 2 to 4 business days; for Greater Manila Area, 3 to 5 business days; Rest of Luzon, 5 to 7 business days; Visayas and Mindanao, 7 to 10 business days.

 

Please note that delivery times can be affected by extreme weather conditions, seasonal demand peaks, and other factors. Refer to your tracking number to see where your package is. For unusual circumstances, please contact customer service.


 

Who are your courier partners?

Kimstore.com has partnered with Air21, Airspeed, GoGo Xpress and Grab Express for courier services.

 

Delivery through LBC can be considered as an alternative on a case-to-case basis or if your location is not within the serviceable area of our main partner couriers. Shipping fees will be according to LBC rates and payment must be settled first before delivery. Cash On Pickup is currently not available thru LBC. 


 

What do I do when I receive my item?

Congratulations on your purchase! All items shipped out by Kimstore are double-checked to make sure they are complete and in pristine condition. 

 

When you receive your order, please take a video of your unboxing and make sure all items in your order are received and have no external defects. If Kimstore does not receive any report of external defect within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of your item, it means that you received it free from external defect. Documenting your receipt and unboxing can help in case of disputes with the courier or other problems with your order.

Can I return and/or replace my item?

Kimstore follows returns and replacements as outlined by Republic Act (R.A.) 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines. Only defective products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Customers who change their mind are not entitled to a refund or exchange. If you received a defective item, please contact: customercare@kimstore.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Photo/Video of Defective Item
  • Delivery Note/Warranty Receipt
  • Short description of concern

 

Kimstore will not provide unit replacement for reasons unrelated to defects in the product. Refunds and/or replacements are not applicable for customers who had a change of mind or bought the wrong product.

How do I track my order?

As a policy, as soon as we have sent your package for shipping, the tracking number will immediately be sent to you via email and SMS within 24-48 hours after checkout. Keep your tracking number secure and private.

We currently don't serve international orders on a large scale. You may get in touch with us if you need help with orders of this nature as we can work out a plan for your order.

This is a fee collected to pay for services related to your order. You can see the service fee amount at the time of the transaction. This helps us cover unexpected overhead, wages, costs, mark-ups, and other administrative costs.
