The latest update for Genshin Impact is coming in a few days! Game developer miHoYo announced the update before December ended and update 2.4 “Fleeting Colors in Flight” has some big additions to the game.
First, the return of the Jade Chamber. In 2.4, the traveler will set out to restore the Jade Chamber, previously destroyed to defeat Osial.
Two new characters will be introduced to help. Shenhe comes from the Liyue Mountains and provides buffs for Cryo teammates, and can summon a clone to help out in battle. Yun Jin is the leader of the Yun-Han Opera Troupe, famous throghout Liyue. Yun Jin is Geo-attuned and provides buffs for normal attacks. Both characters wield polearms.

To accurately depict the cultural backgrounds, Mihoyo hired a professional Chinese opera singer as a voice actor for Yun Jin. Character designers took details from Chinese opera and Wuxia.
A new area, Enkanomiya, will be accessible once the 2.4 update goes live. All that and other minor updates will be available starting January 5th on PC, PlayStation, iOS, and Android.
